MCAL Bobby Jones Sportsmanship Award

In 2006, Tamalpais Golf Coach Will Karnofsky wanted to recognize the intangibles that Justin Siena senior Jimmy Cacho brought to the game through his love for the game, talent and sportsmanship. He asked the other coaches if an award could be given to a graduating senior for sportsmanship and suggested the name, the Bobby Jones Sportsmanship Award. The coaches agreed, and also agreed that future candidates would be nominated by coaches and voted on as a group.
